The church was beautifully designed and finished and had rightly earned the title of 'The cathedral of the Palmwoods Circuit.'

The main church building measures 40 x 32 ft with a vestry 14 ft x 20 ft. A front porch adds to the general design, which is ornamented with a leadlight window in the front wall. Rising above it is the wall of the church, and a large leadlight is also provided over the height of the ceiling. Windows not cathedral glass, the top half of which are dome-shape, to the number of four, are evenly placed in the main interior space. Up to about 4 ft 6 in the lining timber of the walls is of flooded gum. Thereafter to the top plates three-ply, which is neatly panelled, giving a most artistic effect.

The pulpit, of silky oak. is raised a few steps from the main filoor, and is equipped with reading desk, and its general finishing is well in keeping with the rest of the building, the outside walls of which are of hard wood, and oiled. The whole of the joinery and seating was manufactured and supplied by Mr. G. K. Attewell, of Nambour.
